El Mundo de Español a la Escuela Pública de Suttons Bay
The Spanish World at Suttons Bay Public Schools
At SBPS, our Spanish education program not only embraces the idea of acquiring the Spanish language, but also focuses on educating our students on acceptance of cultural and racial differences. Our curriculum is student-centered and focuses on language acquisition at its finest through comprehensible input. Comprehensible input is a language acquisition movement in education in which teachers use gestures, movement and visuals to teach Spanish while speaking only in the target language.
“An individual has not started living until he can rise above the narrow confines of his individualistic concerns to the broader concerns of all humanity.” — Martin Luther King, Jr.
